Working Principle The high-temperature resistant heat treatment radiant tube operates by using internal electric heating elements (such as resistance wires/belts) to generate heat through electricity. The heat is then indirectly radiated into the furnace via a high-temperature resistant protective casing. Due to its significant thermal shielding effect, the temperature of the heating elements must be strictly controlled (typically 100-150°C higher than the furnace temperature) to prevent overheating and damage.
